Comparing VA Seat Charts

Hi all,

This is probably one of those common knowledge things for those used to expertflyer... What is the reasoning that the VA seat map and the expertflyer seat map differ for my upcoming BNE-LAX flight? I have googled relentlessly and not found an answer so sorry if this is obvious.

Could be a number of reasons. Is the Expert Flyer seat map taking your Velocity status into account?

Can I make I do that somehow? Rows 33-38 are correct, I’ll check again at work but I have a feeling the back half of the plane doesn’t line up.

Go to My Account > Preferences > Enter frequent flyer number for Virgin Australia seat maps.
