Complimentary Lounge Passes Disappeared

Earlier this year I had 2 complimentary lounge passes in my Qantas FF account from my Amex Ultimate CC. They are no longer there. There is a message about the passes not being able to be used during peak times and I initially thought they were taken off and would re-appear but I suspect now that is not going to happen. Has anyone else had this problem? I intend to use them in August so a little time to sort out but who knows with Qantas these days?

It turns out to be a Firefox browser problem. When I checked using Google they were still there.
