Between 2014 and 2016, I let myself go quite badly. I became very sedentary, didn’t watch what I ate and ballooned to 103.5kg. I decided things had to change and so I began walking every day at the end of August 2016. 
I’m down a smidge under 27 kilos since then. I’ve written about it on my (very infrequently visited) blog - www.themorningrun.blog
I now run every morning of the week, except for Sundays where I exercise during the day with a more relaxed walk in various locations. One sleep in per week is a necessity!
