Could you please tell me how to contact a moderator?

I'd like to change my user name. I know I read it before I registered, but somehow I didn't get it! If I can't change it, I would like to leave the forum and then re-join with a different name. I;ve tried to work out how to doe this, but cannot seem to find it. So could a moderator please contact me to discuss?
