Do interline priority bags work?

HKG uses RFID stickers, so perhaps they didn't need to physically retag it

My experience is it means the priority bags will come out together. Whilst sometimes it can be remarkably efficient, on numerous occasions I've seen all the F bags come out together at the very end.

Not only International interlining that can be hit or miss but domestic as well. When I worked a lot at Burnie or Broken Hill VA had and interline agreement with Rex. Going from VA to Rex it was lucky if it happened once in 4 occasions. But that was better than Rex to VA when it never happened. So i gave up on interlining.
I note Rex still says they interline with VA but could see nothing on the VA site.
