Woolies must think we spend too much time away, they have stopped sending me offers ! Spent up big after getting back from our 7 week trip and still no offers

Yes that applies to our two cards in our household. We pretty much used up the 2 different EDR card limits with paying my girlfriend at the Tax Office with some personal taxes. Their fee is a bargain basement and it feels like those quarterly bills are forever and ever.

After months of offer droughts, I thought I was back in the good books with an offer with my quarterly statement and then an offer the very next week. But no the temporary bubble has burst and no more offers for the last few weeks, sadly.

According to my local servo guy. Apparently the new software for the petrol stations was supposed to fix the glitch and state on the screen, that it was "points not petrol discount" but it didn't work. They get frustrated too having to say "no discount".

Got another bonus offer yesterday, so it would seem that I can do no wrong and are lucky to be receiving multiple offers in the same week....

The most recent offer is not something that we can participate in, however has anyone noticed that offers now have a section where you can provide feedback...? I am guessing that this will assist in targeting the member with the most appropriate. This "feedback" button has appeared on both offers I received this week.

Received a 300 points for a case of beer offer. Coupled with the last day of the "save 20% off beer" sale today, I think I’ll look for the cheapest good stuff.

Surprising really, as lately I’ve been offered the same points amount for 2 or 3 cases of beer, but while activating them, haven’t had the cash to buy that many, so it looks like they’ve lowered the offer for me

Has anybody else had a problem getting points posted automatically when they redeem the offer but still spend less than $30?

My two recent soup offers haven't posted and a recent online submission asked me to call them. So I shall tomorrow.

Fortunately I have the actual receipts and can email a copy if necessary. However, I have noticed that the EDR card number isn't printed on the actual receipt until the total exceeds $30.

I have a feeling the Homebrand bonus points posted when I had <$30 spend but cannot be certain.

I was thinking the same as you though and I bought canned fish the other day and made sure that I bought >$30 anyway just in case. I spent $31 on canned fish (needed to spend >$20) and should get 300 bonus points + 8c/litre fuel discount.

I also try to spend over the standard minimum qualify of $30 when using bonus offers. Tonight I did the qualify purchase at BWS and went for the more expensive Jim Beam @ $33 rather than the cheaper stuff around the sub $30 mark.

I also now make the effort to keep the receipt to make it easier to chase up points if needed, if spending above $30 then the receipt always shows the EDR member number, I check this before leaving the store

I have only had one issue of bonuses not posting correctly (12 cent fuel offer), but since then I now keep everything documented.

BTW, another excellent effort tonight at Woolworths Petrol with a 12 cent voucher converted into points per litre, 128 Litres @ 6pts/L (768 points plus 170 additional points on the QEDRCC).....still have 2 more 12 cent vouchers and plenty of the 8 cent vouchers to use over the coming months.

I received an offer for my birthday which was for 100 points for simply shopping at Woolies, Big W or DSE and swiping my card. There was no mention about it having to be over $30, so I just made a small purchase. These points have not posted. I followed up with an email query via their website and received a nonsensical reply that didn't answer my question.

I spent only $21 for the soup/tea/coffee offer and the points came through fine. In fact, they came through twice, but one was later removed.

Well I am rang them today and was eventually put through to someone who handled these matters. I was told that I hadn't activated the offer and therefore that was the end of the matter. :evil:

However the other two offers I had activated at the same time that week did come through.

I asked about last weeks offer and was told they didn't know.

Not happy at all, this has cost me at least 200 points and there is no where else to go.
