Last year (2001)at christmas I bought over $300 at a promotion at a department store to receive 5000 fly buys points. The promotion was for that day and it was communicated over the loudspeaker at the store.
In the new year I checked on the Fly Buys statement and didnt receive the points. Well the bottom line is the card was not scanned properly at the register. I also did not check the receipt ( fly buys has to be somewhere on the bottom of the receipt) , I didnt know this.
