Hmm - to be honest as long as they was no rumpy-pumpy going I dont think it is the business of other pax to comment. The fact that airlines employees need to exhibit exemplary behaviour is fine - but how did the other pax know that it was an airline employee?

I don't think the pax complained knowing that he's an employee. The crew probably identified him in the manifest given that he's on a staff discount ticket.
