Free HKG Gold Coast Hotel Voucher

I have a voucher for 2 nights at the Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel valid until 10 Jul 2016 that I am unable to use.
There are some exclusions - aren't there always.
Can't be used on 1-2/5, 7-8/5, 14/5, 8-9/6, 18-19/6 and 1/7

I could use in June if still available? Does it have to be 2 consecutive nights or is 2 single nights a few days apart ok?
