How to replace QFF card

I have recently returned to WP and received a twinkling email from QFF. However I have not received a new card or bag tags. How do I chase these up? Thanks in advance.

My gold card arrived 26 days after the month renewed. How long has it been?
 
Give it a bit longer, but give them a call and say you're planning some international travel.
