My wife and I are a real fan of the Hyatt FFN. My question is has anyone used their Australian automobile association card (ie NRMA, RAA, RACQ) to get the AAA rate in Australia or the US? You can just choose the AAA rate on the web anyway but what level of verification is used here in Oz or the US. The AAA symbol sits on the back of my RAA card (South Australia), on flyertalk they say Hiltons wont honour it, no mention of the Hyatt. I contacted the RAA in Adelaide and they said they had no special thing with the Hyatt but directed me to the AAA website which frankly says nothing about Australia.

Any experiences anyone?

The website seems to imply the Platinum fast-track is independant. I think I'll try this week after next..I'm only there for 5 days but might split the stay up with a night at the Hilton.
