No there isn't.
There is a lovely Amex Centurion Lounge if you have a Platinum charge card though. There's also a semi-decent (for the USA) Priority Pass lounge "The Club" - there's one in terminal 1, and terminal 3 (AA goes from T1).

Last time I was there I found a lot of cafes and bars through out and they all had pokies in the counter tops, Enjoy your transit
