Or I may not even have a ticket - the website crashed when I was making payment so I didn't get a booking confirmation but I noticed it had already been charged

Unfortunately I couldn't make it to SYD in time for the flight yesterday due to a certain A380 being grounded in SIN but fortunately I had added a Max bundle so could cancel the booking for a credit
