Macquarie ending Qantas Points on credit cards & home loans from October 2024

They dropped me to Gold this year. Diamond was good while it lasted

Have just switched over my home loan to Qantas after the announcement of the points removal from their home loans, process was easy and points will far exceed what I got from Macquarie, I have a second facility but this falls below the Qantas home loans limit, so may look into Qudos for that one

What’s the QF loan limit? This was my go OS card, just got the BankWest one to see me through recent trip (not as good earn but no Int transaction fees, and 50k bonus sign on). Plan(ned) to cancel the Macquarie upon return but I appear to still be getting points (from both card and mortgage) in November statements. Presuming some lag but will wait a bit to cancel until I know it’s ended for sure!
