NAB QFF Signature Card, 100K Bonus Points, $395 fee, $3000 spend (update Nov-17)

I currently have a non-Qantas NAB card (rewards platinum), reading the above I assume I can still get the bonus points on the Qantas card? Looks like they’re independent ANZ style?
 
My NAB card was rejected in every instance when in Japan last month, except once where card details were eventually entered manually. Card works fine locally. Will be closing shortly.
