Did you pay with a digital wallet? Amex told me they aren't awarding credits unless you pay directly with the card. I was told that Apple Pay is a payment processor and that I was ineligible for the offer, thus why I didn't receive it. I hate carrying around a physical card.

I think that's BS.

I had an offer where I pay with Google Pay and I would get 50 000 points or something like this can't remember. You know how shop small must be paying direct to the business not via PayPal Square etc? Well, I paid with my phone, got the phone payment credit, plus also shop small credit.

So, yeah, I think that's a CS rep giving incorrect info.

Langton's 240/50 on my Plat Charge today.

Looks like they're overhauling the way the Langtons offer works. It used to be that you needed to complete this form and then Langtons would offer you a $50 credit.

Looks like perhaps this will become an annual benefit for Plat card and all supp card holders. If so, finally a decent enhancement!

The offer still appears on the CashRewards site, but it doesn’t click through to the MF site.

Anyone get the cashback for LiquorLand yet? My $100 gift card purchase was on 11/9/2021.

I used 2 cards on 15/9 and didn't get any email and no credit yet. Today got a reminder email to use the offer before it expires. Looks like will need to call them to see what's going on.
