I can’t see unless the data exchange has improved how AX would be able to see what you purchased. What about if you buy a gift card and other items on the same transaction, for example.

I bought a Mecca eGift Card and received a confirmation e-mail and gift card

I was a bit surprised to see this at reception of a small hotel in a small town outside Rome today…

I have plat personal amex (same card for 7 years).
Recently stayed at a LHW hotel (where I am sterling -highest- status) in Taormina.
Advised ‘you paid w AMEX = one free airport transfer via limo.’
This equates to around $450.
Never had this before - it wasnt a LHW benefit as I checked and asked. Hotel were adamant it was an amex benefit.
I didnt need to ask twice!
Anyone had this before?
Did I miss some T and C’s?
Have used this method of payment on all my LHW bookings all over the world and never offered….

Received all my credits for the VFNO overnight. Last Friday I used all my allocation at Myer purchasing CM GCs. I bought $50 GCs but also tried a $100 purchase on one card and received 2 credits although at the time I only received 1 email.

I purchased a single $300 CGMGC with a split payment across different cards 3 x $100, and have received the $20 back on each card.
