I've looked at LE a few times, but they seem to talk up the inclusions, which are standard to hotels such as "welcome drink", "access to pool" etc

I won’t touch LE ever again after their abysmal customer service over the Covid period. They sure know how to turn customers away and burn bridges.

I wouldn’t be surprised if “access to room” is wheeled out as their latest benefit inclusion.

I think so. I got it last time but when I went to use it Amazon would not accept payment from the designated card. Scam
