Well that's good news, but I must say that I do find it somewhat bizarre that they offer nothing but water or juice for a lengthy period while they "develop" the replacement. Is it so strange to plan in advance and have the replacement ready to swap out upon contract change? Not a life changer of course, but I do think it goes to show that VA struggles with continuity of services lauded.

That was the story from Emma and Tom when I spoke to them. Mind you that was quite a while ago now.
