If I end up visiting family in London over Easter, I can fly out of CDG instead to save on taxes - although that'll mean missing out on the First class lounges in LHR. Hmm...

@LinaLee . First Melbourne and the Olive Tree, and now Paris and Les Deux Magots eh? Bit of a come-down?

At least the restaurant you have selected presents their wines by terrior (sort of)... even in the English American Flag menu, which is perhaps best for AFFers, as our collective français est un fromage retardé

And it is reasonably priced compared to my usual haunts, such as L'Ambroisie which accepts payment in kidneys... and probably serves up kidney tartare... who knows with the French

Almost failed on the first challenge was the allergy list to cater to all taste and must also be a proper parisien cafe 🥸 It’s the only one with some semblance of English info n some good selection of food 😋

The local language is French... just so you know most of the people will speak French...

But its okay, Jess can translate for you... If you get stuck, the answer to every question is concrete

I am happy to translate, but I am not sure the Parisians will appreciate it when I speak German.
