Priority club rewards system unavailable

I have been trying to log into my account for over a month and it constantly comes up as above. I have emailed their help desk 3 times andstill got no response.
Is anytone else having the same problem. ??
I am going to the USA for a month in August but have no intention of booking unless I can access my account.
What is wrong with them ??

I've been able to log in but they aren't responding to my claim for a missing stay which would have given me the 5,000 point bonus for three stays in the first quarter.

This is why I have kept the emails confirming my offer.

I took a previous posters' advice and rang them ( they are there 24/7) sorted out in 10 minutes...RING....don't waste time emailing they did not respond to mine
