Qantas Wine latest offering

My Epiqure Premium membership expired a couple of days ago with no offer of a free renewal. I think half price was the best they offered. Sorry not interested at 49c nevermind $49. I got a survey today, so I let them have it.

The survey came my way today as well, I also spent some time suggesting improvements.....
 
I joined their wine club subscription so membership is complimentary, even if you were to cancel after first box you still retain the membership. Having said that I didn't find their last premium 6 pack to be extraordinarily good value

As did I. Given I made purchases and received no Comp I was not impressed. Why would I spend $90 to save $5 shipping? Sure here are points but I get much better value elsewhere.

Completed survey a week or so ago and thought nothing more.

My membership would have expired in the last couple of days... no communication from Qantas at all, just can't log in.

I've asked what's happening but very puzzled. :confused:

I agree, but it is becoming increasingly harder to redeem points for anything of true value these days. I have used points for some upgrades, used points for multiple charity purposes and even (shock, horror) used points to make purchases in the QF store -- yet will still add a net 300k+ points this calendar year.
 
Don't think my purchases are much in the scheme of things - 6 orders in 2016 (albeit only 1 was for a case of 6, the rest were either cases of 12's or 2 x cases of 6). Most were done for the bonus points. $1,511.88 spent for 32,036 QFF points (including 27,500 bonus).

I found an email - my membership year is 1 July and got an email then giving complimentary to 1/7/17. Only bought 1 case subsequently as I have extended my reach to other sites in the last 6 months - Cracka, Dans, Winestar, even :o Cellarmasters.
 
Just wondering, the bilecart salmon was sold out, do they tend to get them back in? I don't follow epiquire much but would like this one.
