Qatar Airways 30% Bank Transfer Bonus

Looks like the offer is back but only until the 10th of November. Only Citi is on the list of the banking partners, but from what I can see there's a separate bonus offer to Commbank that has supposedly started mid October and runs until the end of November.

Looks like Amex is excluded apart from this one card. I expect this is due to Amex having their own bonus promo a couple months back.
