Renew Qantas Club Membership

HI guess today when I log on to my account I saw this message what does that????
Does mean I have to pay for renewwel?
IF I don't renew what happens? DO I loose my qantas points ???
ON Qantas club it say's I can enjoy benefits untill April 2022 ???

I am confused??? wondering If I can get some answers or suggestions as to what to do???

Qantas Club and Points Club are two different programs.

Your Qantas Club expiry is 30 June 2021, your Points Club expiry is 30 April 2022.

If you do not renew your Qantas Club membership you will not lose your points. You will just lose your Qantas Club benefits such as lounge access and some priority services at the airport.

If you don't renew Qantas Club membership you may then need to pay the joining fee again should you wish to join in the future, so there's a bit to consider. If you don't expect to travel much in the next few years though then letting it lapse and rejoining later could be the way to go.
