ah yes… they’re mysteriously back now!!Can still see flights for today.
It would be interesting to be on their last 737 flight. But I don't feel like potentially kissing goodbye to $100.

I believe Rex owns the rest of their aircraft, just not the 737's, and given that'll likely never come back (at least the near term), that won't be an issue. If I were the lessors of the 737 (who assuming administration occurs) will lose significant money, if PAG just restart the next day then I’d be hesitant to continue a lease with them. Sure they may be more competitive but just like Virgin there are some who will never work with them again given they can’t forget the money they’ve lost.
Still not showing anything on the jet flights for me. Mind you the speculation is now all over the internet and you’d have to have rocks in your head to book a new Rex ticket today.ah yes… they’re mysteriously back now!!
they’re only there for today! everything after today’s date is unavailable.Still not showing anything on the jet flights for me. Mind you the speculation is now all over the internet and you’d have to have rocks in your head to book a new Rex ticket today.
Well what is the last 737 flight? Could be a bit fun and bitter sweet for all especially the staff (many of whom are ex VA and have gone through this before).was wondering if i should use up the last of my miles for a dash to melbourne!
good question! MEL-SYD and vv it’s 8pm arriving 935.Well what is the last 737 flight?
Given it's a Tuesday there is not a PER rotation, so I guess the 20:00 dep, one each from SYD & MEL.Well what is the last 737 flight? Could be a bit fun and bitter sweet for all especially the staff (many of whom are ex VA and have gone through this before).
The boardroom tussle certainly adds to the show!I think it is clear that PAG is going for a full takeover. This is their chosen way to do it.
This could actually be the brith of a much more competitive REX.

Interesting comments from the government…
I wonder given their regional operations whether help will come - if required. I doubt the jet service would be supported, but regional ops potentially yes….
no, but the company is apparently hemorrhaging money and they've brought in a rescue team then obviously the first thing they do is stem the losses.Well someone internally has been told. Flights don't remove themselves.
