On enquiring of Qantas I get a response that indicates all e tickets are queued whether paid flight that are changed by Qantas or redemption flights where Qanats initiated a change.  Our reality is that it takes 3 or even 4 phone calls weeks after the change has been effected to obtain a new e ticket.
