That is arbitrary.

The fact that it may not be worthwhile to peruse OMNI in hope of finding something good does not have anything to do with the fact that there may or is something good in it.

Just as much as finding a needle in a haystack is probably a waste of time, but that does not mean there is no needle.

(IMHO Omni is just full of rubbish)

No offence but I find a lot of the stuff on FT full of rubbish. Many of the people who post there (especially some airline forums) are the most unfriendliest I have encountered anywhere. At least AFF is civilised....

Well, I only look at maybe half a dozen forums over there. Certainly some forums that I have gone looking for specific bits of information do seem to have some less than friendly people in.

Interestingly FT have split it into OMNI and OMNI/PR* - so it's The never wrong in general along with the never wrong in politics and religion.

My only consistent foray there is with the Fantasy NFL comps ... go Cards ...

I peruse and post there on occasions. Actually as I've commented before I find TS&S has one of the highest amounts of "never wrong posters", "TSA/CBP/x is out to get us regardless of the actual truth", and rubbish posted over there. Even more so than Omni at times.

Some of the posters are even making money out of their rants [via websites they advertise in their signatures relating to anti-TSA]. Now that is interesting.

I most agree with that.

I thought about limiting my posting on AFF so I would reach 1,000 posts in about 10 months but that isn't going to happen as I will probably reach 1,000 in 10 days, the posting will keep me sane.
