Thanks @Flashback- I am still very sad because I really thought I'd get to Europe this Christmas but lots of things got in the way but I'm determined to be somewhere in Europe for Christmas next year. Decisions because I'll probably be myself so I think a cruise or something would be good because then you don't have to get involved in any family stuff.

That’s exactly what we did. Our side was blocked, so he simply moved into the on-coming lanes, and we proceeded. Simples .
