? Lakes district but I think mountains not high enough and I don't think the vegetation looks English (but hell I've been wrong in the past). The car is driving on the LHS of the road so that narrows it down a bit

Finally decided to try some Palm Wine, interesting stuff.

I think it might be similar to Toddy. In India there is palm tree toddy, which looks almost similar to what you have in that bottle. It's the juice/sap from the palm tree, later mixed with Calcium (?)
