Wow, that is really poor. I haven't had to contact their customer service before. I don't think I ever want to now.

I haven't had the issues you have raised, and I use Tripit a fair bit.

The one thing good I will say is that their support staff get back to you within one business day. It's the support they provide and the program itself that I've had enough of.
