Velocity points credit after QR business flight

Hello brains trust,

I recently flew QR business (about a week ago) and attached my velocity number to the flights.

I have yet to have the points and status credits credited to my velocity account.

From your experience how long does this usually take?

So I had to make a claim online and they rejected it for some reason. Super frustrating given the boarding passes clearly had my Velocity number on them. I've attached same and escalated it. Will keep everyone posted.
