Likely in a bit of shock too at the price and wondering if things had changed. Is she the owner or an employee? I had an issue with one pharmacist a few years ago and put my son in a very difficult situation. I could see the pharmacist behind a different counter shake her head at what the other one was saying but clearly was in a lower position and not able to challenge. I expect new pharmacist was a relative of the owner. So I wrote to the owner about what she'd done and received an apology letter and she got some re training. Not that I ever returned there and likely you won't either.Trust me I gave her no attitude whatsoever. If anything I was probably too mannerly given her demeanour. I’ll put it down to her having a stressful day.
