Where do we purchase a lounge pass for star alliance

could someone advise where we can purchase a lounge pass for the oldies travelling next May BNE SIN LHR return on SQ also the cost?

I don't believe either SQ or Star Alliance offers paid lounge passes.

You might be able to get paid access to some of the SATS lounges (they certainly accept Priority Pass)

at SIN you can buy into all the SATS operated lounges except Premier I believe.
