I just flew LHR-HKG on a CX flight; the IFE was non functioning ( other than the moving map ) ; on arrival at HKG I was compensated with USD250 of CX vouchers . Pretty generous compensation for the non provision of a service I wouldn't have used if it had been available methunked :) Dave
